Vellora is based in Estonia, and we ship our products to customers all over the world.

This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.


3. What are the delivery times?

We ship worldwide.

  • 7–15 business days

Delivery may vary depending on your country, customs procedures, and the carrier.


4. Do you offer tracking for orders?

Yes.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.


5. Do I have to pay customs or import fees?

Customs fees vary by country.
Some orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or additional charges imposed by your local customs authority.
These fees are not included in our product prices.


6. What should I do if I entered the wrong address?

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@vellora.com.

  • If the order has not been shipped yet, we can update the address.

  • If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.


7. My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?

Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.
If there has been no update for several days, feel free to contact us and we will check the status directly with the carrier.


8. What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

If your product arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
